- Prepared extensive management presentation materials and compiled electronic data room.
- Assisted in negotiation of a licensing and distribution agreement with UnilabsSA, a leading medical laboratory headquartered in Geneva in covering certain European and Middle Eastern markets for the introduction of COLOX™ as a ‘self-pay’ screening test.
